What is the knife made of?

This is NOT VG-10 steel. VG-10 is a high quality steel and if it was VG-10, they would have that advertised as a good selling point. Superior Japanese Steel could be a brand...but it doesn't mean much. Superior is subjective without a type of metal they are saying it is superior to. Bob has superior intelligence. Superior to what? An ant? Steven Hawkins? Superior means nothing without a bar to compare it to. Crap blade, skipping and looking for a better knife.
