I am an aesthetician, one of my favorite jobs is doing facials, this product has been wonderful for me, after performing my facial I use these cold crystal balls, this is marvelous, the skin refreshes and with gentle movements a relaxing massage is given, it truly feels very good.

I love it, these are better to keep in the fridge than the freezer, as freezer will cause frost over it. In the butter compartment of my fridge is best for me. It’s so nice for swollen face situations like allergies, tired, etc. it is easy to roll gently over the delicate eye area. There is a rubber gripper that I wasn’t sure if it was meant to be thrown away or not, I keep it on bc that helps you grip it to hold, but can also be removed or put back on, which is nice. I really love this beautiful little globe icer! Good for kids too when they have a minor owie and want something icey, esp since it’s a pretty glittery pink inside. Highly recommend

These are cute and they feel nice. I haven’t noticed any changes in my skin yet because I just got them but the water isn’t full?? The one is actually significantly lower than the other. I dont know how that even happens when they’re brand new. UPDATE: so customer service reached out and fixed the issue ♥️ I would say that with how there are so many options these days for basically the same products, it boils down to the customer service. They were fast at replying and very generous.

This are nice, relaxing and cooling to the touch. Makes you feel like it's effective even if it's not but I believe when I become consistent with it and use them right I will see a difference when I have puffy eyes and cheeks. Note I just rcvd this a few days ago and used twice for a few minutes.

This is the 3rd or 4th set I have purchased, because I have been purchasing these as gifts. The instructions say to refrigerate, however, I have been putting mine in the freezer. The glass is very thin, so you have to be very careful where you store the item. Once its frozen, I roll them all over my eyes and face. It feels so refreshing and wakes you up!

This will be my go-to for gift giving now! You do need a serum to make these globes slide on your face easily but it’s not a necessity. These are awesome for puffiness or redness oh my face. It feels so good. Do not put in freezer or they will crack! I really like these because of the grip. The coldness last longer. The glitter in the globes is so cute too. Highly recommend!

I love the globes BUT one of the globes that I received was a “bootleg” and froze completely and burst. They both looked the same in the packaging (glittery liquid) but once I put them in the freezer, one froze up like an ice cube and burst. The other one got cold but did not freeze like it is supposed to do. Sooooo, I just have one globe. *sad face* “life is like a box of facial globes, you never know what you’re going to get!”

Me gusto mucho usar estas esferas. Pensé que no estarían suficientemente frias si las ponia en el refrigerador unas horas antes de usarlas, pero la sorpresa fue que Estaban heladas y se siente muy bien la aplicación. Desinflaman, tensan y extienden la piel del rostro que queda con una sensación muy agradable. La crema que se aplica también se absorbe mejor. Muy recomendado.

Poor communication firstly from seller when package did not arrive not helpful. Packaging is not nice and sticky label in mandarin over product information on box , not good when gift ! Definitely do not recommend

These are great, came in a great quality, which I was concerned about as they are glass. And they really hold the coldness and feel great in the skin - I would recommend to use a serum when using them :)
