Razer Kraken BT Headset: Bluetooth 5.0-40ms Low Latency Connection - Custom-Tuned 40mm Drivers - Beamforming Microphone - Powered by Razer Chroma - Hello Kitty & Friends Edition

2 things I’ve noticed that could be improved on;1. It’s a micro usb charger. Not many products use this charging method anymore. Really wish it would’ve come with a C-Type charging.2. The headphones have an internal driver that plays a loud beeping when scrolling through YT shorts. None of her previous headphones did this so I can only assume this is a feature built into the headphones themselves.Purchased these for my HK loving 8 yr old. She’s a snob when it comes to HK products and only “believes” in purchasing licensed products. So for xmas I knew it would be hard to find HK licensed high quality headphones. Luckily I saw these as a daily deal during prime day and purchased. They took a little while to ship but I purchased way before xmas so that wasn’t an issue for me personally. The headphones look, feel and operate at the high quality you would expect. She has apple AirPod max, beats and JBL’s prior to this purchase. She’s loves these the most so far. She said she can wear them for hours without any discomfort and the noise cancelling is better and more comfortable. She doesn’t use the light feature often to save the battery life. I can say the battery life is not as extended as the JBL 700 but as long as you plug them up at night you’re good for multiple hours of use.

I waited a few months before reviewing to test these out. The battery life is great. I use them for a couple of hours a day and have to recharge every 4 weeks. The audio is great. I use it to play online and anm able to speak with no delay. I am able to talk on my phone as well. It works with my Nordictrack. In fact, I can’t find anything it doesn’t work with. The other thing I like is that they are so comfortable. I call them the clouds they are so soft. I own several Razer products and the quality is always superb. These match my Razer Sanrio keyboard perfectly. Of course they are cute but don’t let that fool you they are quality. Don’t forget if you have trouble connecting be sure to hold down the power for 5 seconds when turning on to auto connect.

I had been scouting the headphone market for almost a year and finally decided to bite the bullet and try these. I was hesitant because of the reviews but I'm so glad I bought these! I am an ultimate Sanrio fan and these are the perfect fit to my collection!!I had been wearing a pair of Beats headphones for the past 6ish years and finally wore them down to the point they needed replacing. I was worried because of the mixed reviews but I was pleasantly surprised when I tried these the first time.The sound quality is great and the noise canceling is amazing. My family is also no longer complaining about hearing my shows through the headset because they fully cover your ear.The app to change the audio settings and color of Hello Kitty on the ear is sweet addition.The material is also good. Not too heavy to hurt your neck during long term use, but also not flimsy enough to worry about breaking them.My only concern is about getting anything on the white ear cups- but that's a me problem, not a product problem.I can't think of anything negative to say about this product! If you're a Hello Kitty fan, you will love these headphones!!!

They are really cute. The sound quality is great, it took three long weeks to come in and when it did the packaging was kinda busted and had dirt even inside the package. No problem with the headphones they were great and they also came in with full battery. I got these for my phone not for a pc or something and the quality sounds great on my phone and so far there’s no problems and I think it was a great purchase to anyone who likes hello kitty.

I’m a huge Hello Kitty fan so as soon as I saw these I had to buy them! There have been many mixed reviews about these and I will say they are definitely not the highest quality. They do fit good and adjust on the sides. One thing I definitely don’t like is that they are charged using a micro USB, which I believe has a slower charging rate and easier to damage. The pads on the sides are fairly comfortable. There has been lots of people complainIng about the sound quality, which isn’t the best. Razer does provide a downloadable app with an equalizer that does improve it and the app also has a gaming feature alongside changing the lights on the sides using a color wheel and deciding the rate they change (the lights can even change to the sound of the audio however that feature isn’t 100% accurate). I haven’t had them long but others also stated after extended use, the ear pads are hard to clean (there are no replacements as they are not removable) so I would take precaution when using them extensively. I use my AirPods as everyday earphones and these are my gaming headset which don’t get used but every so often. I mainly bought them for the first design and they definitely have good qualities to them! They also come fully charged out of the box and the box itself was in great condition when it arrived.

Bought these as a Valentine’s Day gift and so far the S/O really enjoys them and hasn’t had any issues, the mic quality on the receiver end sounds fine except some unusually loud background noise does get through on rare occasions. We’re using Bluetooth 5.0 across the board (the phone and the headset both being 5.0 compatible) which might make a difference in how they perform.Sadly they don’t connect to the PlayStation unless you buy a Bluetooth adapter from what I have found out, preferably a Bluetooth 5.0 one to get the full performance.Overal design was a 10/10 for the gift recipient and she hasn’t complained about performance or heard complaints from others on mic quality.

Sadly the best thing about these are the cat ears and the cute bow. Basically the only reason I'm keeping them - but it's an extremely high price to pay when there are basically no other features. Unless you're obsessed with Hello Kitty... Which, I just wanted some ears & great quality headphones tbh.They advertise 7.0 surround sound! What they dont say is how you literally have to /pay/ for extra software to use it. Oh and good luck getting to change the RGB LED, or audio settings, or anything else on *anything* under Windows 10, Android 8.1, or iOS 12. Which imo is absolutely asinine.Even the windows 10 software doesn't work correctly with it, it is so hard getting it to recognize it, that it becomes aggravating af. Which is unfortunate considering the features it's supposed to come with.Without that - these become *EXTREMELY* overpriced kitty headphones. Do they sound great? Yeah. Look great? Yeah. But that's basically it after that - and the "multimedia controls" on the headphones.... Really leave so much to be desired. Would it have been that hard to add 3 extra buttons? Really?🤔They do have great sound quality. 👌I haven't tested the microphone.

I'm a big hello kitty girl and I was hesitant for a while to splurge on these, but I'm glad I did. They're great headphones and super cute. I did have to purchase a Bluetooth USB adapter for my pc because it wasn't making the headphones a priority sound device, but I don't think this is a problem that everyone will have. They work great for everything I've tried to use them for. My only gripe is I feel like the white on the headphones pick up dirt easily, but as long as you keep them clean it's fine!

these came SUPER fast and I got them a day early! Which was amazing since my others broke and I been using music earbuds for gaming. Sound quality was not great out of box but after downloading the razer app and youtubing a video sound quality is better. is it the best quality? no, I could of got something better. HOWEVER if you love cute things these are so cute, sound quality is pretty good.comfort wise not so much, they are okay but after a few hours of gaming on my day off my ears are a tad sore, but it is my first day with them.if you are okay with good quality sound and want something cute I say go for them!

While the build quality and sound quality are top tier. The product suffered greatly when using the microphone and sound on the headset. The product is unusable if you do not have a seperate microphone
