Aa of this review I have purchased this item 16 times. I find it to be consistent in size and quality for most purchases. Sometimes the wood has come a little warped but not all boards in the order. Thinner boards like this are easier to flatten and one or two warped boards in an order here or there is acceptable. Compared to other companies I've purchased from this company has been the most consistent. Wil continue to purchase for laser cutting.

Great value and size for crafting. The boards are smooth and the 1/8" size makes then great for laser cutting and engraving. There seems to be very few glue voids in the boards and they are a great value for 50 boards. While the are B/BB grade, a majority of the boards are clear of knots.

Excellent Plywood for Diode Laser Cutting I recently purchased this laser plywood and have been thoroughly impressed with its performance. Using my 36W blue diode laser, the material cut exceptionally well, yielding very clean and highly accurate results. The quality of the plywood is evident, as it allowed for precise cuts without issues often encountered with lesser-grade materials. For anyone using a diode laser, particularly in the 36W range, this plywood is a fantastic choice for achieving professional and crisp outcomes. I highly recommend it for projects requiring fine detail and clean edges.

I have ordered this product multiple times over the last year-and with the rating B/BB, i expect a few flaws here and there, maybe a patch on some sheets. This last bundle, 8 of the 20 sheets have a patch-and it's a strange patch, not the normal oval. The remainder of the 20 all had what looked like grease stained into the wood. I make small items with this wood to sell. I am actually shocked, because the quality has normally been fairly good-but this was awful. It seemed like someone grabbed all the really awful pieces and made a box out of them, and sold as normal. Shame!! I looked for a way to contact seller-but was unable to locate one, so am putting in review. Hopefully it is seen by the company. I had just ordered another box before i opened this one, so I hope it will be the better quality that i've come to know. If not, you can keep it.

-What I liked: Overall this is a high quality product. The wood seems to be crack-free and knot-free. There is a nice wood grain appearance on it and all the pieces have a uniform color. The thickness of each piece is consistent and was as labelled (1/8"). The sides are also nice and straight, and it is a perfect rectangle matching the 12" x 24" dimensions. -What I didn't like: The only complaint I have is that two of six sheets were somewhat warped in the middle (see attached photo). This is probably not enough of a problem to be an issue for most people. For people like me who want to use it for laser cutting however, this can make a huge difference. -Seller Feedback: Woodpeckers sent me several emails telling me when it shipped and asking for feedback upon arrival. It was really great of customer service to reach out in this way and manage product quality. They seem to genuinely care about customer satisfaction. I will note that I did not contact them for a replacement since I think I can at least fix the warps myself. In their emails Woodpeckers did say that they would offer refunds and replacements if the product does not meet expectations, and, for what it's worth, I believe them. I also do not blame them for the wood warping, as it is thin plywood which can very easily warp in the changing conditions of shipping (e.g. big temperature variations). I would give 4.5 stars if I could. I will try this product out on the laser cutters soon. If it works well I will definitely order more in the future.

Product cuts ok with my laser but has bows and warps. It is not nice and flat.

These sheets are top notch quality. They are cut square and are packaged well to protect from any damage during shipping. They lay perfectly flat - no warps or twists. I recommend them and will buy again when I run out.
