Gates 22777 Upper Radiator Hose

So far so good. It looks like it's very good quality and I don't see any visible defects in it. I will be updating this review in the future once installed UPDATED: May 15,2017...fit perfectly on the truck. no leaks and works great. one thing to note...THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT NOTE!!! the water pump has several different size bolts.. you need to take the new pump and trace it on a cardboard...mark where each bolt hole is....then as your removing the old water pump.. put one bolt at a time in the marked bolt holes on the cardboard. if you don't do this.....you will get behind trying to figure out what bolt goes were. if you have a good memory and can remember..great!!! one less step to do.

I chose to replace my upper and lower radiator hoses when I replaced my radiator and this replaced my factory hose perfectly. I used screw to tighten hose clamps rather than the stupid Dodge spring clamps. This was a great value compared to the $30 hose at my local auto parts store. Hose feels solid and slipped right into place. I looked up hoses for my 2008 Ram on Gates' website and then cameto Amazon to purchase them. I wanted to make sure I had the correct hoses, both Amazon and Gates gave me the same part number and they were right.

Like it because it formed like the old one and looks well made.
