Why doesn't the new 4100 model have a regular plug ? why on gods green earth did they cheap out and put a usb plug in there ??

According to the review in WireCutter (Sept 2022), you can contact SonicCare and receive a free plug adapter. I've just ordered the 4100 on Amazon. I don't have the serial number yet, because the product doesn't arrive until tomorrow, but SonicCare customer service just told me that they would send the free plug adapter once I provide the model number and serial number to them. They confirmed there is no charnge. It will take 7-10 days to receive the plug adapter once I am able to provide them with the serial number. I'll do all of that after the product arrives tomorrow.

Does anybody make a single speed electric toothbrush? I'm so tired of cycling through the speeds

Cycling is the most effective way to brush each quadrant sufficiently.

What is the purpose of having two intensity modes? How do you know when you should use one or the other?

if you have more sensitive teeth and gums you can use the softer mode

What do the green and yellow lights mean? what about the beeping noise after the 2 minute brush? I thought low battery but is it replacement head?
