Are these made in the USA?

Can someone describe how open the package? I ordered these for my 90 yo mother and she can't open it. Thanks!

Just peel the label off of the left side and it will open.

The description says Premium but the picture says Standard. Please clarify which one it is.

are these the correct staples for the swingline 747desktop stapler?

While I don't have a Swingline 747, these staples are a standard size for desktop staplers. I am using a Bostitch B2000 an the Swingline staples work fine in it. They may not work in the smaller hand-held staplers. If they don't work in your 747, you can return them.
