Worth it
Do your own research please. Got this for certain reasons and as far as I can tell it has been helpful. Good price point, seems to be of good quality. Did you know that iodine will also migrate to all mucus membranes to help prevent infections?

Supposed thyroid protection in the event of nuclear radiation, but who knows? It's hard to find a statistically meaningful sample of people exposed to nuclear weapon fallout that a) supplement with these and b) another that doesn't (as a control group). Believe me, I've tried. In the meantime, if you use Himalayan salt of other designer salts, you're probably not getting enough iodine. And while sporting a goiter during happy hour can be a great conversation starter, I choose not to go that route. If that's not way you roll, here's a little tip for you: paint a little face on your goiter and say it's your unborn, yet sentient conjoined twin. He can get away with saying things that you'd get slapped for. It's better than a floppy-eared golden retriever puppy with big paws as a chick magnet. And the potassium is great to supplement if you don't have any bananas handy. Now quit reading reviews of esoteric pills and go find a hobby. It's kind of embarrassing. Writing them isn't though, so...

Be careful if you don't have Prime, the cart went from free shipping to 9.99 shipping on this for the same delivery day. Look carefully before you finalize. Not the seller's fault, Amazon be careful. This potassium works really well, especially for hot weather cramps.

It seems like a good product
Okay, I wanted to give it a lower score but I honestly can’t. It seems like a good product, but over the course of two-three weeks, my eyes became itchy, dry, irritated, inflamed, they feel grainy, blurry, you name it. I googled thyroid dry eye and I’m convinced I got mild hyperthyroidism from this stuff. Maybe that’s a good thing? Who knows, but I can’t take it. I’m stopping, for a while at least
