Honestly they were a pretty good deals so I got them for experimentation and to learn more about displays They are great quality for the price and capabilities. Small and functional.

If you bend these they'll break and stop working pretty easily, but if you aren't rough with them it should be fine. Text is clear, no complaints with it.

Excellent brightness, sharpness, and contrast. A little fragile because of their size, so be careful with them, but otherwise excellent.

Displays came well packaged with foam to protect the header pins against being bent in shipment. Came right up at the default 0x3C I2C address used by MicroPython's SSD1306 driver. Pre-soldered header is a time saver. Enough room for four lines by sixteen characters of tiny text. These are my new favorite displays.

For very little money you can add this little gadget to your project. Uses the SCL/SDA lines so these need to be free for this display. Price is good and current draw is acceptable. 5 Stars.

I was able to get these to work with a Raspberry Pi. These displays are much smaller than they seem in the advertising photos. In order for the text to be seen at any reasonable distance the letters have to be large, which means you can't show much text on these devices. Also notice there are no mounting holes for attaching them to anything. I guess you could glue them to something but there's not even a bezel. These are cheap, but I'm going to get something much larger.

Works as advertised, seems to be well made.
