Does the color run or rub off? I am using it on white boxes

Think they are referring to the palm leaves it’s made from.

Must this be kept dry?

I buy this ribbon for my annual domestic violence balloon release. People were concerned about wildlife with the ribbon on balloons and I love that this is biodegradable and eventually dissolves when wet.

Does this fan out? Or is it narrow as in the pictures?

It is about if 1/4” of compress narrow jute that can be “opened” to fan out about 1-1/4”
