I ordered this box and was super excited that it came so quickly and was exactly as the picture indicates. It is beautiful! I love that it can hold not only my 5ml and 15ml bottles of oil but also my roller balls. That is a huge bonus for me. It comes with stickers for your oils which was super helpful as I seem to always run out of these. Unfortunately one of the latches broke. However, the owners of M&R had reached out by email to see how I liked the box. I shared that I loved it but was sad that the latch broke so quickly. They immediately apologized stating that standing behind their products was important and they are sorry I received a defective box. They resent me free of cost a replacement box. And then checked in to see how the new box was working out for me. The new box was in excellent condition with the latches firmly secured to the box. I have NEVER received such excellent customer service. The reality of it is that sometimes products do not meet the manufacturers standards and no matter how rigorous things are checked they do slip by. I am just so impressed that the owners actually reach out to see how customers like the product and genuinely care about the customers satisfaction. What a blessing to have good honest business people to work with. I will definitely purchase from them again in the very near future!

I LOVE this essential oil box by Earths Gifts! I have purchased 4 of them for myself and purchased two for my daughter. I love the addition of the handle and having two clasps instead of one. My first three boxes had no handle and only one clasp....still a wonderful, sturdy box without the handle, 2 clasps...but love the change. This box is built well, the clasps are sturdy and when you open the box, the top actually stays up without falling. The craftsmenship is superior and the wood is beautiful! The box is unstained, which I prefer, so they have the wonderful smell of essential oils. I feel this company has the best essential oil boxes on the market! Their customer service is also superior. I had a minor problem with my last box, I emailed them with pictures and they responded to my email within one hour. They apologized for the inconvience and promptly mailed me out another box. They even let me keep the box so I didn't have to hassle with the return to Amazon, so nice! They sent me timely emails to keep me informed and sent me another email shortly after receiving my replacement box to make sure I was happy and the box was perfect. Outstanding customer service!! Wonderful Company!!! Wonderful essential oil boxes!!!

Normally I, like many people, don't bother leaving a review even if the product is good. However, I wanted to share with you my thoughts on this box. It arrived yesterday and I was astonished at the quality and functionality. While I'd read the description and knew what it would consist of, when I held it in my hands it was clear that the workmanship and design was much nicer than I'd imagined. The beautiful, subtle engravings make it feel professional and the versatility of the interior allow for many different configurations of bottle sizes and styles. I am just getting started with essential oils and I purchased this one based on the price and the size, knowing I would want something larger than twenty-five spaces but smaller than one of the multi-tiered boxes. As I had just purchased some roll-on bottles, the spaces allowing for those seemed serendipitous. The texture of the box, both inside and out, is smooth and well-crafted. I was truly surprised, having expected rough edges and ill-fitting pieces. Everything was, in a word, perfect. Should I find myself in need of more space for my oils, I'll come straight back to Earth's Gift. Thank you so much for providing such a great product!
