This is a great product! It really helped loosen my tight back and quad muscles from a hiking injury. The four different levels of intensity were very adequate. I used the second level all of the time. The first was too gentle, the third quite intense, and the fourth was an intermittent one which would go through each of the three levels with time in between. I found it very relaxing also to use in the middle of the night when I woke up with pain and stiffness. Another interesting aspect was this neat “shiver” that would go through my muscles once the ten minute cycle was finished. It reminded me of a chi machine I had experienced. Highly recommend!

I tried the well known Vibit, which is considerably more expensive than this unit and wasn’t really impressed with the vibration penetration. Just received today and decided to give it a go. TBH I was already thinking this was gonna be a overhyped product that I would return. Well it proved me WRONG. The vibration was considerably higher than the Vibit. On the highest level my foot was experiencing so much relief. Save some money and buy this unit
