Zoo Med Aquatic Frog & Tadpole Food

Love this food for my frog. I love that these food pellets sink to the bottom, which makes it easier for my frog to eat. Other food pellets would just float at the top, but these sinking pellets are really helpful for my little frog.

Happy to report that all of the frogs in the aquariums in my home really seem to like these pellets.

My ADFs love this food. For tadpoles, I grind some pellets in a mortar and feed them. They immediately come to the food and grow nicely.

My frogs absolutely love this food! It lasts a good while and keeps them happy and healthy. Great value and quality—will definitely keep buying.

I love that it semi float at the top before it sinks down. My frogs easily picks them up from the ground and swam up to eat too. The only thing I wish is that it has some sort of holes for small pours instead of a large opening.

Found an army of tadpoles in my pool this spring. Using a net, I rescued many of the tadpoles. I did what I could, and with the help of cleaning the water and using this food, my summer nights were filled with the outstanding sound of tree frogs croaking back and forth. Very much worth the cost, and something I hope to do again next spring!

I dug a pond earlier this year. I treated the water against mosquitoes & algae, but I wondered how I would get frogs and reptiles to move into a place where there was no algae or mosquito larvae to eat. This stuff is the answer! Whenever I saw a frog visiting my pond, I'd sprinkle some of this food into it. Well, I think some wild frogs have to be entrained in order to recognize this as food, but others will gobble it up right away. I kept adding a little now and then, and now my pond has its first permanent residents. Very nice! UPDATE: I've had tadpoles in my pond for about a month. They never go for the food when I sprinkle it - but, they must be eating it because it always disappears in a couple days. I guess not many wild frogs will clamber to the water surface to eat these, unless they are raised or trained on it. They don't come up and wait for it like a fish would. But it's still great stuff and helps me support the critters :)

Great formula, frogs love it, with the size, it will last you awhile and a way better deal then the smaller containers.

El envase venía abierto, los pelles son minúsculos y no flotan, por lo cual para las ranas «normales» no valen aunque quizá si para renacuajos, y el precio es desorbitado. No lo recomiendo de ninguna manera.

Das Beste Futter für meine Dendrobaten und Phyllobaten. Die Kaulquappen fressen und wachsen dadurch sehr gut. Hab vieles ausprobiert und kein Vergleich zu diesem Produkt. Ich verwende es schon einige Jahre. Endlich wieder angeboten. Es ist zwar teuer aber sehr ergiebig. Hab mir einen Vorrat angelegt. Ich habe ca 300 Qappen im Jahr und verbrauche maximal 2 Dosen.

This lasts forever as long as you don't over feed and it's the perfect food for African dwarf frogs
