Should be included with each new set of filters.
Why they don't include these with new filters is a mystery. Even though it's not totally necessary they should be replaced to avoid having to tighten the filter housing more than is needed with new o rings. These are new o rings and work well.

O-rings
Nice replacement O-rings. Great for your water filter canisters. Change them every couple filter changes to prevent leaks

Does not fit the Express Water clear housing
These o-rings fit the blue housings fine without leaks, but a slightly too big for the clear sediment filter housing. I tried twice reseating the o-ring and reinstalling, but experienced severe leaks each time. I finally just put the old original one back in which solved the problem for now. I bought this because I have an Express Water filter system and thought these would fit properly on all the housings. I'm going to try another brand next time as these obviously don't work for all their housings.
