I bought this as a gift for a side sleeper. I decided to unzip the plastic cover to feel what it was like. It felt good, so I took it out and laid it on my bed to try it. I decided it was not going anywhere but on my bed and ordered another one to give to my friend ! Been using it for a week now, a little too firm at first, I got a sore ear, but it has given a little over the week and is now firm but soft to sleep on. Definitely recommend.

When I got this out do the packaging I thought it might be too soft, but when it’s in pillow cases it’s perfect. I bought it to replace the silent night side sleeper pillow and the foam insert in this one helps it stop from collapsing.

So far so good. Works as a bottom pillow for me as I like mine to be medium firm this is comfortable and helps support top pillow.

It looks to be well made but i found this pillow to be too firm where the memory foam is at the centre of it. If feels like im resting my head on a flat board. The height is about the right height for back & side sleepers but i sleep in different positions. It is to high once i turn over to my front. The overall size & depth makes the pillow difficult to fit into a standard pillowcase. So consider buying a larger one to go with this.

Oh my goodness! After years of buying all sorts of pillows to support my neck and spending so much money I've finally found one that works. Before buying this pillow I would be fiddling around with one, two and sometimes three pillows trying to get comfortable. With this one my head went down and I didn't move! I've a crushed vertebrae in my neck and because this is deep it fits right into my shoulder against my neck so no gap where the neck would have relaxed and caused pain and problems. Brilliant! My only gripe, not with the pillow, is that I haven't a pillow case that fits. Mine squash the pillow, but I'll make my own.

I purchased 2 of these pillows. 1 of the 2 has gone totally flat within a few months but the 2nd pillow is absolutely as good as new indicating there is a problem with it.. I contacted the Amazon seller for a replacement as has 2 year guarantee who advised " I can confirm as you are out of the first 28 day purchase period, you will need to deal with manufacturer directly. Please contact the manufacturer (Comfy Group) and they can assist you further regarding your guarantee claim" I contacted the manufacturers who state ''Items which are flat are not considered a fault, however we can look at other reasons like a fibre issues and underweight''. They also suggested I washed and tumble dried the pillow, trying not to bend it! and If the pillow was still flat then I would need to return the pillow to them after washing at my own expense for further investigation........ How do they expect you not to bend a pillow with a solid foam core when trying to put in washing machine ??? The whole point of buying a side sleeper pillow is and I quote from the advert "SUPERIOR SUPPORT FOR THE HEAD AND NECK: The deeply supportive foam centre helps to encourage the neck and spine to remain in a straight and neutral position for ultimate comfort and pressure relief." .......... If the pillow has gone flat then it does not support your neck!!!! I am extremely disappointed and expected better customer services from both the retailer and manufacturer. These pillows are very expensive and are supposed to be guaranteed for two years. Don't buy these unless your are prepared to waste a considerable amount of money on a pillow that may only last a few months .

It was far too tall to sit in my shoulder space so my head was tilted and uncomfortable. Unfortunately it was also what I would describe as firm . I didn't sleep well on it and gave up after 4 days of trying

Will buy again and recommend 👌
