How does heat molding work?

Preheat the oven to 200°F. Place the insoles in the oven for 2 minutes. Remove footbeds, place in shoes, lace up and stand in neutral position for 2 minutes.

Can these insoles be returned?

Returns are subject to the Amazon return policy. You can return the footbeds in their original condition within 30 days.

Can I return if I have trimmed or heat molded my product?

No, Amazon will not issue a refund if the product is not in sellable condition.

Will these insoles fit in my shoes?

The Active Thick fits best in footwear with some wiggle room or a thick removable factory insole, like work boots, winter boots, hiking boots, rain boots and looser fitting running shoes or sneakers.
