Love this quick and easy permanent hem tape
Great hemming tape ! Works very well on denim to t-shirt knitted tops.. I'm short and have to hem my tops because they're usually made for tall people. I usually cut off 4 inches from knitted tops to denim jean pants and hem about 1 inch using the hemming tape. Very easy to use. This tape is permanent..and washes up nicely.

Saved my clothes!
I bought the soft stretch web adhesive to fix my seamless undies and bras that came unglued. I didn't want to sew them in fear of ruining the seamless aspect. I was worried the adhesive would cause the fabric to become stiff, but it didn't at all! The fabric is still able to stretch, which was what I was hoping for. The adhesion was strong and very simple to use. Just apply the tape rough side down to one of the areas you would like to glue. Iron the area for 5 seconds (I used medium heat and covered with parchment paper). Remove the white paper on the tape you just ironed. Then match it up to the fabric you would like to stick it to. Iron again for 20 seconds with steam. Voila! Keep in mind if you're using this on an item that is unable to be pressed flat with an iron, it might not work well. Pros: - Great adhesion - Easy to use - Still allows fabric to stretch Cons: - Will not work well for areas that cannot be pressed flat with an iron - Need an iron to use

Helps with hemming stretchy pants/leggings
I couldn’t get the hems in without the fabric stretching out of shape until I used this stuff. Follow the directions carefully. I was using a press cloth to keep the gummy part off my iron and it made this stuff way too frustrating to use/didn’t work. But overall i’m satisfied with it, it takes a littel extra time but makes the hem look better and is easier to get it even/straight.

Went crazy on a hemming spree
It's so easy to hem things with this tape compared to sewing and compared to not even trying to hem knit things. I am short and sometimes things are too long for me. This tape makes beautiful invisible hems on T-shirts and knit fabrics. I even bought some dresses at a thrift shop that I decided were shorter than I would like, so I cut them off and made them into tops. I just shortened a pair of bermudas that came down to my knees. Previously I gave up on the idea of shortening them because a typical sewn hem would have been puckered because of the taper of the legs. With this tape, I only needed barely a half inch to turn under, and the tape has give, so it didn't pucker. I had a knit dress with a deep slit at the neckline. I created a mini dickey and used this tape to secure it. That was a little trickier than just a hem but the result was great. Everything I have hemmed with this tape has stood up to repeated washings and dryings and no edges have unraveled. As others have mentioned, whatever you’re working on has to be able to stand up to high heat. When you peel off the paper backing, it will seem like you’re pulling off the whole thing. Only a thin layer of adhesive will remain, then when you fold over the hem and steam iron it, that’s the sealant.

Works amazingly once you nail the technique. Even on denim!
I love this especially since the roll has way more tape that I expected. So far I mostly use it to hold down hems which have lifted or folds, especially on denim jeans where the legs fold over. I'm not sure why people are having issues with denim but I'm doing great. The instructions seemed simple and technically these are easy to use but I had to play around with technique to get the application right. I've even used this on a swimsuit, though I had to be much more careful with the iron. For jeans, it takes my iron at least a minute while often pressing the steaming button to get all the adhesion from the tape to the material , once I see that shiny rectangle it, I fold over the part of the leg fabric I'm trying to stick down and then it takes at least another two minutes off ironing that spot to stick the other part of the fabric down. I use about two to three one inch pieces for each side of each leg. When I'm done i flip the jeans and iron the area where the fold is, this has helped on sticker jeans when the fold just won't stick. I don't test the adhesion until I'm finished all of this. I can say once it's on, its on and so far only one of the many pieces I've put on garments have lifted after washing.

Great for skating/dance costumes!
I used this to shorten the pants on a figure skating costume and it worked great! I did use a piece of muslin as a barrier between the iron and the fabric to make sure the costume didn't melt. I used short pieces instead of one long piece and I think that made the whole process easier. I'm going to try shortening some shirts too. Very convenient!

Contrary to pitch, resistant to stretch denim
Used this on a pair of slacks with poly blend fabric (thin) - worked like a charm; however an attempt on stretch denim, which they specifically state this is meant as an application for, just doesn't quite hold.

Strong Hold, Easy to Use & Perfect for Stretch Fabrics
The Thermoweb Heat’n Bond Ultra Hold Soft Stretch Iron-On Adhesive is an excellent product that does exactly what it promises. It bonds securely while still allowing stretch, making it ideal for clothing repairs, hems, and fabric projects that need flexibility. It’s easy to apply with clear instructions, adheres well, and holds up beautifully once set. The finish feels smooth and comfortable on fabric, not stiff or bulky. Purchased from Amazon and arrived exactly as described. A reliable, high-quality adhesive that I’d definitely buy again—highly recommended. 🧵✨
