almost worth waiting for
Ordered September 2nd, still not shipped by Nov 7th. Nice job, Amazon. I would love to have this Grohe diverter knob sometime this year. At this point I am willing to wait this out just to have a story I can tell my students about Amazon operational excellence. This is so contrary to my typical customer experience with Amazon that it bears watching. If I ever get the item, I will update this review.UPDATE: The part did finally arrive in December 2013, about 14 weeks after placing the order shown as being in stock. The part came with several other pieces and no instructions. The finish quality was excellent. The part works perfectly. I am not sure what I am supposed to do with all the extra stuff.
