I get the camera isn't cheap (buy on discount?). But, the picture is fantastic and I get comments on how my picture is so clear (WFH). If you can afford it, this is the camera to buy.

Love the auto centering feature and quality of its microphone

Purchased this for Teams Video Calls. I utilize this daily. Quality is fantastic. It is able to track the speaker by zooming in on the person speaking. I had this up and running in 1 minute. Installation was so easy! Clips right on my monitor! Big upgrade from Laptop camera. Great buy!

I really wanted to like this camera. I bought it for the auto-zoom features. However, the auto zoom puts the head at the very top of the picture (and as a result shows the microphone on my desk, which I don't like) and the head is too small. There should be a simple setting. I want the head in this location and that size. Then when moving the picture should adjust accordingly. But Jabra thinks it knows better how much space the head should take up in the picture and where it should be placed. The camera also gets very hot. There must be a lot of processing going on in the camera (I would have thought that's done at the computer level). Unfortunately, I had to send it back.

I've tried a variety of web cameras, some less and some more expensive that this one. I already have a Jabra headset and Jabra speaker for online meetings, so I decided to go with a Jabra camera. It's heavy and well made. I like the stableness of it sitting on top of the monitor; some of the other cameras I've tried seemed to sit precariously. Overall, I'm very pleased. One side benefit is that the Jabra software controls this camera and my other Jabra products in a single program. The camera controls for this webcam are well designed and work nicely.

The picture quality of this product is great and there are other options available as well instead of just video capabilities. This product does get very hot while you have it plugged into a USB port. Not sure if that is normal or not as I have not reached out to the manufacturer yet. Overall it was a good purchase

We use panacast 50’s at work and these are an amazing alternative for travel or on the go. They give the same video and image quality of the 50 but are super convenient and come with a travel case. Build quality is stellar with metal construction and they feel heavy duty.

La caja estaba deteriorada, carecía de envoltorio de plástico tanto en el interior como en el exterior, y la funda dentro estaba sucia. Es evidente que el producto había sido utilizado previamente. Die Jabra PanaCast 20 4K Webcam und das zugehörige USB-C Kabel sind wirklich sehr solide verarbeitet und überraschend schwer. Nicht sofort ersichtlich ist der (zukunftssichere) USB-C Port an der Kamera. Das USB-C zu USB-A Kabel ist extrem dick ummantelt und hält daher sicher viele Jahre. Die Abdeckblende für mehr Privatsphäre vervollständigt das Hardware-Paket. Der Schiebeschalter für letztere ist zwar nur mit einem Fingernagel zu erreichen, dafür aber sicher weniger Defekt-anfällig und zudem diskret. Die Möglichkeit, die Jabra PanaCast 20 4K an ein Stativ schrauben zu können, ist für mich ein Kaufgrund. Drei gut positionierte Mikrofone hat die Jabra PanaCast 20 4K Webcam zwar, mein(e) Gesprächspartner konnte(n) mich leider über diese Mikrofon trotzdem gar nicht gut hören. Sehr schade, aber evtl. ist dieses Problem per Firmware-Update behebbar. Die "Jabra Direct" Software und die virtuellen Bedienfelder ("Camera Controller / Video Settings") sind tadellos: Das Firmware-Update nach dem ersten Anschluß wurde sofort angezeigt und prompt installiert. Wenige Einstellungen, welche alle klar erklärt sind. Ein interessantes Detail ist, dass die Jabra Direct Software sogar anzeigt, dass die Kamera an einem USB 3.0 Port hängt. Die Funktionen "Intelligent Zoom" und insbesondere "Bild-in-Bild" (PIP) empfand ich persönlich mehr als Gimmicks, aber finde es trotzdem lobenswert, dass es diese Option gibt. Die beworbene Integration in MS Teams und Zoom konnte ich nicht testen, da ich aber über andere Software und selbst über WhatsApp (Web) keine Probleme hatte, die Kamera anzusteuern und den Bildausschnitt zu selektieren, erwarte ich keinerlei Probleme. Das maximale Blickfeld ist übrigens sehr weit (bei mir der ganze Raum von ca. 5 m Breite). Benötige ich nicht, aber ideal dass es diese Möglichkeit gibt Die einzige Schwäche neben den Mikrofonen und dem hohen Preis war für mich die Bildqualität: Auflösung und Lichtausbeute sind zwar sehr gut, aber wirklich scharf / wie 4K kam mir das Bild egal bei welcher Zoom-Stufe trotzdem nicht vor. Die effektive Auflösung der Jabra PanaCast 20 Webcam unterscheidet sich allerdings nicht von anderen, teureren Jabra Videokonferenz-Kameras, von daher schwierig das zu kritisieren. Fazit: Eine sehr hoch-wertig verarbeitete und durchdacht konzipierte Webcam, welche für professionelle Trainer, Coaches, e-Sportler, Twitch Streamer und YouTuber zusammen mit einem separaten Mikrofon mehr als geeignet erscheint. Klare Kaufempfehlung. PS: Leider musste auch ich die unschöne Erfahrung machen, dass Amazon das Gerät ohne Umkarton versandt hat! Der Artikel war nichtmal beidseitig verklebt.
