item came in a week earlier than expected! instructions were easy to follow & was no hassle to put together. my only complaint is the side that slides out doesn’t open as much as the picture shows, however i think that’s due to a minor error since one of the sliding bars was already slightly dented when we opened the package, even so we were still able to work with it!! other than that it’s in great condition!

Delivery was a hassle. They use fedex and they kept saying my apartment doesn’t open during business hour (end up it never was loaded on the delivery truck) delay, it was a frustrating process. Package arrived with 1 rail defected, I don’t want to deal with the delivery hassle and all so I just bend it to make it work. Instruction to install and marking wasn’t clear enough. The middle partition wasn’t marked so after I put everything together, I have to take them apart to install the lift top because I put in upside down. After 5hrs of putting it together, I like it. Sturdy, gas lift works properly, makes noise sometimes. Nice color. Would recommend if I didn’t have to go thru all the hassle

Love the table. Most of the other lift top coffee tables that I found on Amazon don’t lift high enough for your legs to fit underneath but this one is the perfect height. The lifting mechanism feels sturdy and it shuts slowly so I’m not worried about it pinching my hands. Also need to mention the excellent customer service as my package got lost the first time - received notification that it arrived at the carrier facility and then went dark for about two weeks with no movement. When I reached out to customer service they were quick to respond and sent me a new table right away! Thank you!

About 3 months into use, the table stopped going doing slowly. Previously, it would close halfway and go down softly by itself. But about 3 months into use, that mechanism must have broken. Otherwise the table looks beautiful and is very sturdy. Just a shame that it stopped going down smoothly.

The media could not be loaded. I love the coffee table, I’m a fairly simple person to please and nothing major of an issue stuck out to me. When I first received the table it was very smudged but if you have wood cleaner that SHOULD take care of the issue. It took my boyfriend about an hour as stated in the instructions. This is really perfect for my small apartment.

I liked this table a lot. The rustic wooden look is really nice for living space. And the lift top is really smooth with ample space inside to keep books and other stuff. Overall a good buy

Missing screws and they were not very helpful. told me to look again to see if I misplaced them. I did not misplace them. Make sure you use a coaster, it will bubble up. I have to bring the top to home depot to find the correct screw. it's been so long that I lost the slide piece for the small side.

Love this coffee table and having storage is a plus
