I used the Planger to lift a 2024 Kia Soul (winter wheel and tire swap/one at at time). This effectively protected the painted pinch welds from damage. The puck was flexible enough to conform to the surrounding geometry, yet firm enough to provide a steady base. After release at each location, the frame rail impression could be seen in the puck, but it is not torn or permanently deformed. I was sceptic whether this would work well, as the vehicle rail is taller than the relief in the rubber puck, but this is as intended by Planger. The Soul is a small lightweight vehicle, so this was perfect for the application. Next I will use it on a heavier Cadillac CTS. From my first experience with the Planger, I most definitely recommend. This is a high quality product.

I was hesitant to buy this after seeing others comment but this has been working for my Jack stands. Just need to be careful when letting cars pinch weld sit on these. They still are functioning well and stable.

The pad is OK, made of high quality material, but in my case, when I was finishing the work in my car and realesed the Jack, the pad slipped and went out like a bullet, the weight of the car and the movement of the Jack when is getting down, apply uneven weight on this thing, it will be better if can be secured or fixed to the Jack

This is nice to have when working with a jack around a car. My Subaru has a weird pinch weld, and my jack cradle gets stuck on it. This allows the weld to fit into the slot, and keeps it high enough to avoid getting caught/stuck. It’s sturdy, hard rubber, so it won’t harm the cars paint finish.

This puck really took the headache out of lifting my cars. It is small, which was concerning at first, but one you set it where it needs to be that size no longer is an issue. It protects the pinch welds with its sturdy yet supportive design. Definitely a good product for the cost.

This is one of those things that well it's not used often but when it's needed boy it's nice to have. There is nothing more frustrating than lifting my Camaro by the weld points under the car. All it does is risk damage and bend the steel. It's a bad design. This little tool solves the problem and solves it well. It fits on my floor jack and the v cut fits the pinch weld perfectly. Makes lifting my car a breeze. Thanks for a great product

It is too short to work with a jack saddle. The pad compresses and allows the saddle to contact the pinch weld. I did not try it without the jack saddle; it may work that way.
