so i took this brand because it has the actual Saffron dossage that has been studied aka Affron or stigma extract 28 mg (3.5 Lepticrosalides). which is what i look for everytime i take a nootropic, to make sure that the dosage and active ingredients are the ones that were studied...but the price is wayyy too high. almost twice the price of other brands with the exact same composition.

Hi, I was recommended this product by my nurse practitioner to help with stress relief, She suggested this will help with Stress attacks- feelings. She said 2 capsules a day.
