Have used regular Atopalm for at least 15 years & there's nothing better. Fair complexion that's super sensitive to most all irritants so began using it in cold winters to moisturize & reduce redness. Fabulous result! Application best when liberally applied to face & neck, placing palms of hands over areas for a few seconds to facilitate absorption. Allow several more minutes & then apply foundation. No problem w/caking, etc. Excellent moisturizer that does what it's supposed to do, reasonably priced. Have used many expensive moisturizers over the years, but this is the BEST one to do the job. Routinely use it day following microneedling procedures & most recently used it day 6 following Ultraclear laser. The Panthenol cream is a new product I just added to treat my redder, drier neck following Ultraclear. Impressive result. Find it a bit too thick for all over face, but excellent for the redder areas still healing. Previously purchased directly from Atopalm, but seems Amazon only place to now purchase. So glad to get it superfast, too. LOVE this product! PLEASE don't change a thing - one product that delivers dependable results & a true gem for those of us w/reddish complexions!

This pantheon cream is nice and soothing and very moisturizing. It's unscented as far as I can tell. It is a thicker cream, so a little bit goes a long way! My skin can be sensitive so when I heard pantheol can be good for irritated skin, I had to try this. It is a bit expensive for me, so I purchased when there was a good sale. I do like it, but most likely will only purchase when it's a good sale price again.

The texture is super thick, so you only need a little bit to cover your face. It absorbs well if you apply a thin layer, but if you use too much, it can leave a white residue. I've noticed it really helps improve my skin barrier, which is great. However, I still felt some dryness underneath whenever I use this product. So if you have dry skin like me, I recommend using a good hydrating serum or moisturizer before applying this cream. Make sure to apply other hydrating skincare products like serums or moisturizers first, then use this cream on top. Overall, I think this product is good for strengthening the skin barrier, but not so much for skin hydration.

I rarely write reviews, but this cream truly deserves it. My baby has sensitive, eczema-prone skin, and I’ve tried so many creams from expensive U.S. brands to prescription ointments. Nothing soothed his eczema flares like this cream did. It has a thick, rich texture but melts beautifully into the skin without stickiness. Instantly, the redness on his cheeks and body started to fade, and his skin felt smoother and more hydrated. Highly recommend this for babies with eczema or very dry skin.

EDIT: ELEVATING THIS AS MY HG 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 healed my skin even after I had a flare up from a new serum that i tried to use! I wish dermatology.com and atopalm.com will also carry this ointment. I've been using this ointment for more than 2 weeks now and I can actually see the difference in my skin which suffers fr atopic dermatitis and eczema. I was a little leery of it at first because of the scent fr the essential oils - I usually react from and flare up - which is faint and disappears after a while. However, this worked as formulated and after a couple of days, the little bumps on my chin started disappearing without me using any steroids and my skin is soft and not itchy or tight! Not sure how effective their MLE is but the 10% panthenol is IMO the rockstar in this ointment. I use it day and night (that's how dehydrated and dry my skin is) but others will probably find it too thick for daytime wear. I also use about 4-5 times the amount a regular person does so the tube last for a little over a month. For others, this will probably last 2-3 months (or more) of daily use. This is an ointment (thick cream) that is a little hard to spread so I spread it while my face is a little wet. It makes for a great sleeping pack. If you have oily skin, this might be too thick and heavy for you so the lotion will probably work better.

It heals skin scars very quickly . The texture is thicker than I expected, but it absorbs quickly and protect the skin without dryness.

Buyer beware if you have sensitivity to high levels of Panthenol. I initially thought reacting badly to this cream was a one time thing, but consistently been having the same repeated skin contact dermatitis every time I re-introduce this product to my skincare routine. Not for sensitive skin, and I wouldn’t put this on my face due to its extremely thick occlusive texture, apply on body only.

Ich habe wirklich trockene Haut. Doch mit dieser Creme ist es kein Problem mehr. Unter der Foundation trägt sie trotzdem nicht auf. Man bekommt dennoch keine fettige Haut! Koreanische Pflegelinien sind die besten!

Conosco il brand ATOPALM da diversi anni, ricordo i primi acquisti sempre fatti da siti americani perchè in Europa questo brand era inesistente. Questa crema con pantenolo, rispetto alla MLE face cream oppure alla Lotion, è una bomba di idratazione, perfetta su pelli secche, sensibili, senza ungere. Che dire della tecnologia MLE ( multi lamellar Emulsion) che imita i grassi che costituiscono la membrana lipidica e ne agevola la riparazione? TOP.. Questa non è un cosmetico,ma un vero e proprio cosmeceutico
