BONTEC Adjustable Arm Rest for Desk, 360° Rotating & Extendable, Aluminum

I spend long hours working at my computer, and even though my chair has armrests, they were never at the right height. After a few weeks I started feeling tension in my shoulder and forearm, so I decided to give this arm support a try. Installation took less than a minute and required no tools. What impressed me the most is how naturally it moves with my arm when switching between the keyboard and the mouse, so I don't have to keep lifting my elbow throughout the day. The construction feels solid, and the clamp has stayed firmly in place since I installed it. The height adjustment also makes it easy to find a comfortable position. After using it for several days, I noticed I finish my workday feeling much more relaxed. It doesn't replace good ergonomic habits, but it is an excellent addition if you spend long hours at a desk.

I have severe tendonitis and tennis elbow after graduating with a BA in 2D animation and comics. This pain has severely affected my day-to-day life and made it really hard for me to play video games without an L desk. Problem is, I have a small room and can't fit an L desk in it. This is where the Adjustable Arm Rest came in! I had no idea these existed, and I was a little skeptical that it would fit on my desk once I bought it, but it worked completely fine! It's adjustable to different heights, handles the weight, and looks great for its price. It feels durable, and the cradle relieves the pain in my arm, wrist, and elbow. It's lacking in padding, which is why I gave it 4 stars and not 5, but that's nothing a little DIY can't handle.

These are game-changers. The construction is incredibly sturdy, being metal for all the parts except the little curved bit where your arm sits. I worried that there wasn't enough padding, but they are shaped right and I have had no issues at all, even when using them for very extended periods of time (like 8 hours or more). I have a standing desk, so these mounting to the edges means I can support my arm weight and ease the strain on my shoulders even while I'm standing, which is amazing! Also, my desk chair's arms are way too far apart, and I didn't even realize how much it was contributing to my back, neck, and shoulder pain until I got these. Being able to swing my arm back and forth between typing and using my mouse has made a monumental difference for me. I didn't even realize how much I was leaning on the left arm rest of my chair until I got these... I was putting way too much of my weight in a lop-sided position. It took a little getting used to, but these are great for my posture because if I slouch too much, they'll drift a little, but if I square my shoulders and straighten my back, they support me exactly as much as I need them to. Note: one of the tiny pins was slightly loose in one of mine, so I had to carefully tap it back into place so that it didn't fall out. You can't even tell that it was loose now, which I showed in the pictures.

I have a good office chair and didn't want to replace it, but I needed taller arm rests because my shoulders were hurting. It took less than 30 seconds to install, you don't even need directions. The support is great, you can adjust the height with a small switch (no screwdrivers or allen wrench required!), and it moves with your movements. There is a small pad that your arm or wrist can rest on for comfort as well. I am honestly blown away by how this thing moves with your own movements and the quality seems to be very good, it doesn't feel cheap at all. EDIT: Bought in Feb. 2025 and as of Oct. 2025 this thing is still going strong. It has held up amazingly. Still works as smoothly as the day I received it. The clamp has not come undone once and it is super sturdy. No complaints!

I have a thumb trackball mouse I use for work and my shoulder has been hurting so bad for weeks because my chair arms aren’t high enough and I have to tense up. I removed the arm from my chair and I used this today and my arm feels great! It’s not sore at all! I love it! It comes ready to use. It’s very comfortable and fits my elbow perfectly!

I've had this arm rest for about a month now and am pretty pleased with it. One of the arms on my office chair broke and I was worried I'd have to buy another chair, so instead I looked to see if something like a desk arm rest existed which is how I found this. It comes already assembled so you just have to attach it to a surface which only takes a few seconds. It has some stick to it so that it doesn't just flop around, but is still easy enough to adjust with a bit of pressure, and when I don't need it I can just push it out of the way. The range of motion seems really nice too as I can reposition my arm in a number of different positions and still make use of the armrest. It's fairly comfortable and has a thin bit of fabric along the cup. You can comfortable rest you arm although I wouldn't recommend leaning and putting too much wait onto it. But I've never felt like I had to hold my arm up to keep the thing from breaking. The only thing I'm really waiting to find out is how durable it is. Definitely a LOT cheaper than buying a new chair.

The arm rest provides decent elbow support and looks great, but it has a few quality and design issues. After a short period of use, the washer fell off and the top handle keeps spinning loose, requiring constant retightening. Additionally, the edges are a bit sharp and dig into your arm since they lack a rounded edge design.

Been using these about a week now and they've been pretty great. They seemed a bit stiff in the beginning but they seem to have loosened a bit over time so they are easier to turn. So the obvious thing first, - yes the movement of arms feels a bit 'on rails' due to how the arm is sectioned, but I got used to it quite quick and just positioned the mouse relative to the keyboard where the swaying motion would lead me. Feels good after accepting it for how it must be. Now to sings its praises. There are two major issues with most desks that these fix. - there is a large amount of space wasted on most desks because elbows need to rest on a surface which is why we push the keyboard so far into the table surface. These allows me to but the keyboard closer to the edge of the table and free up space further up. - When the keyboard is placed further up the table surface, the elbows must follow and the shoulders follow too. These things allows me to bring the elbows all the way back to be in line with the shoulders, which gives a much better posture. - They can be adjusted to be higher than the surface of the table, which allows your arm to hover over the keyboard and let your wrists and hands be in a resting position over the keys. This leads the anchor point of your arm to be around your elbows, so if you need to do a big move over the keyboard you do less stretching with your hand muscles as you need only sway your whole arm into position instead. I wish I had these years ago.

I've been playing video games for a very long time and it's important to me to be able to keep playing. It's the main thing that helps distract me from pain and illness. I have systemic lupus and a genetic type of arthritis that's destroying my joints. The most recent joint to go is my right shoulder that needs to be replaced. It was getting extremely painful trying to use my system and play games. It was getting near impossible to sit and play for any length of time. This has completely changed that and I can play without pain. Occasionally there still might be a tiny bit of pain if it's a bad day but no where near the amount it was before. I've lost the ability to do a lot of things I once enjoyed and was afraid playing video games was next on the list. Thanks to this device, it's no longer a concern. Thank you to whoever came up with the idea and design, it's restored my ability to do something I love.

Le coude vous remercie ! Le bras est facile à assembler et l'assemblage de belle qualité, la fixation ne bouge pas une fois le patin vissé correctement. Le prix reste néanmoins un peu élevé pour l'objet en lui-même : à voir s'il est justifié par sa durée de vie. Livraison et emballage RAS.

C'est une merveille. Je l'utilise avec mon pc et je sens deja la différence.
