Good for a back-up
I ordered this extra Pro Ice insert to always have one cold and ready to go. For me, they stay cold longer than gel products; but, still nice to have a fresh one ready if needed.

Well this teaches you to read carefully to note that you are only getting the inserts. But it still did its job and still usable.
