Can someone confirm if this has two inlets or one? Also are there two adapters?

Two connecting points; one inlet one outlet, depending on one's perspective, or two outlets if the drain itself is the 'inlet'. Mine had one side with the outlet inserted facing in for shipping; just twist it out and reinstall pointing out. The other side was a knock-out plate so I had to get my own adapter for the other side once I had a hole for it; I had one catch basin receiving from another as well as discharging.
