Great price fixed the meter back to right.

The pH probe will not calibrate
it calibrated easily and worked great for 2 months, then mysteriously malfunctioned. I check the ORP storage solution religiously every week to make sure it's fresh and new, and still the pH will not calibrate (3-point) - it just floats in values and over 1 to 2 full pH units over each calibration solution (4, 7, and 10).

Sensors froze in transit
I ordered and received two of these sensors. However when we removed them from their packaging we found them to be frozen and are no longer usable. They came in their own small box with a large yellow sticker that says 'DO NOT FREEZE' however I believe the original box they were both in did not have that sticker. These are no good to us, wasted $$$ and now need to replace them but are worried this will happen again when I order. What can be done to ensure this does not happen again??????
