How the neck up and down dynamic stretch function works?

The inflatable mechanism lifts back to adjust the curvature of neck, a moving head pushes neck repeatedly to achieve neck movement (there will be certain pauses for playing a buffer role, not continuous ). Soft surface will affect traction height.

How to use for best results?

1) Read & follow all cautions & instructions prior to beginning and consult with your PT or doctor. 2) Always start with the lowest intensity. Too much, too fast will not produce the desired result. 3) Remember that neck care is a long-term process.

Uncomfortable or neck painful？

Most people lack neck exercise for a long time, may experience neck pain at the beginning of use, it is normal. But if severe pain occurs, stop using immediately. Wet the neck with a wet towel or cream in advance.

Why do I feel the functions are getting weaker and weaker?
