Where can I buy the replacement cartridges?

Truthfully, I broke the seals on my charcoal filters. Dumped out the old charcoal and refilled it with fresh charcoal that I bought on Amazon. I have seen the cartridges at some pet stores, though.

Fits standard 10” x 19”inch tank. Best undergravel design I’ve owned. I really like the up tube , comes with air stones and extensions, I run air without the carbon filter assembly, air flows directly out the top much faster flow sufficient to pull water down through the gravel, I use 1” gravel on top the filter following the design slope . I also use exterior filters. Gravel filter runs a year or more, use conservative feeding , just enough for fish to eat in a few minutes. My Exterior filters require regular check to clean the the algae from the pads. The undergravel filters are very important for a healthy low maintenance tank. Exterior filter system are important for activated carbon effects. 
Remove fish to wash gravel periodically not more than 18 months., stirring gravel to lightly break up the organic web. Pour off the Cloudy water. Avoid washing gravel too much, the slimy surface on the gravel is a biological network of plaque, which assimilates and coverts fish waste. Good luck.

I would think not, since gravel creates an air pocket underneath and water flow.
