I bought this selection of tools mostly for the sci-fi grabber, but also as it includes a plumber's worm - the long spring. The grabber wasn't too much help with the clay blockage although it did provide a very useful flexible but stiff rod for dislodging clay packed around the ubend. I did use the grabbing action which may have helped break up stubborn bits. The plumber's worm definately helped, screwing in and through the clay breaking it up very effectively. It didn't bring great clumps back but enough made it back to the sump of the drain for me to scoop it out. It also gives quite good resistance feedback as to how deep the blockage went, and how much it was getting dislodged. It's a couple of meters long which is long enough for a domestic drain. I got the best part of a bucket of clay/silt out, and successfully flushed the rest, and now after 35 years I have a fully working drain. Just realised Amazon is amalgamating reviews for multiple products; the above is for the pack with a grabber. I also got the extra long cassette one which I am confident would have been at least as effective as the smaller one I mostly used. This one has extra girth, and length which are useful - I was able to probe the pipe to many meters beyond the original blockage. Suggest thorough drying before winding it back up though.

Handy product the plastic hair puller though is a one use item and the teeth break off quickly.

The long plunger tube didn't fit down the plughole. The bristles all came off on first use. The orange one all the spikes came off. Would not recommend this product. Didn't do the job!

Very useful clipping tool for solving the problem

I ordered this to clear hair etc out hair etc from my bath and bathroom basins. Was surprised at the size of the pieces when they arrived. The only one that fitted down my sink or bath plug hole was the plastic one with jagged edges. I got it in but when I slowly pulled it splattered mold everywhere. I thought I could use the red and black one on my outside drain but when I pulled back the handle the grabber bit on end fell to pieces. A pile of junk and not fit for anything. Would definitely recommend not to buy!

Worked perfect for unblocking our shower thanks to the girls of the house hold shedding more than the dogs. I used the orange one with the teeth to remove a fully grown rat side clump of hair from the drain. For the money it's a great investment
