Be careful of this product as Amazon doesn’t provide any warranty. My one broken within a year and I saw other customer reviews mentioned the same. Also be aware that if you buy from Amazon global store, there is no warranty as per their customer service.

The toothbrush somehow got burnt and no longer works or charges after less than 2 years

It's not as good at cleaning as other models. Somehow.

These are not bad per we but unfortunately these electric toothbrushes aren’t built to last. We bought two of these and for a year they ran well but then the rubber of the on/off button on one of them became very thin until a piece of plastic from the inside began to come through and on both brushes the on/off button no longer works reliably. In the other hand we have Brain Oral B toothbrushes which have lasted a decade and after having replaced the internal rechargeable battery ran for another 8 years. While I’m not saying Philips Sonicare is a bad product, and of course this is probably a lower end model, the product life span isn’t impressive at all.

It’s a good cleansing toothbrush but Unfortunately it broke after 1 year of usage, the power button stopped working, it just stuck and you can’t press it anymore.. this is second Philips toothbrush that has some technical issue.. probably will take a look on a different brand now…
