Essayez de le mettre sous la voute plantaire avec 4 feuilles de laurier pour chaque pied avec une méthode de votre choix style serviette jetable et collante c’est un remède extraordinaire pour toutes les douleurs articulaires ! Remède de grand-mère et testée positivement ! L’odeur éloigne les insectes indésirables bref un Must pour la pharmacie familiale ( un peu cher sur Amazon quand même)
