appears to be well built.inner bag (where you add the sand) is smaller that the shell (outside bag). this causes the inner bag to flop inside the outer shell. had to add stuffing around inner bag to correct this--pain.

It is very sturdy to hold the 25 pounds of sand to do my lung exercises
