I wouldn’t recommend it. The battery drains quickly and the UV output is weak. It doesn’t fulfill the requirements for its intended use.

When ordering this flashligh I did not have any expectations. I was just buying a low cost flashlight to use every once in a while. Upon receiving this light I was surprised how sturdy and high quality it is. I charged the flashlight fully before trying it out and when I finally turned it on I was surprised again by how bright the flashlight was and how great the focus feature worked being able to pinpoint the light on whatever I wanted to light up. I started using this flashlight everyday and stopped using my larger, bulkier, heavier and way more expensive rechargeable streamlight flashlight that I have relied on for so long. It became a pleasure not lugging it around. This flashlight is light weight, very sturdy and has many useful features. The features include a bright and slightly dimmer setting, sos flash and black lght which all use the focus lens. It also has a lantern mode which consists of a bright white and red constant light setting, a white and a red strobe setting also a white to red fluctuating setting which I will not be using just because I am not an emergency worker. There is a magnet on the butt of the flashlight that easily holds its weight and stays on the metal surface very handy when you need that extra hand under the hood of your car when there is no one else around. I don't know the full run time of the light I don't want to sit here with the light on till it dies out I don't have that much time on my hands but I can say I have used it for an hour straight and it was still shining bright as it did at full charge. I charge it after every use that's just my nature just like charging my cell phone I never want to run out of power just in case of emergency. I use it almost everyday and have used it in situations i would have never thought of before. Just the other night I was going to tow my jet ski for storage till next season. Unfortunately when I hooked it up to my truck the running and break light were not working on my trailor. Lucky I had this flashlight with me along with some duct tape. I attached the light to the back of the trailer and turned on the constant red lantern mode. It lit up the area and made the trailer highly visible. It did the trick, it got my to my destination without getting pulled over and more of a plus got me there safe without putting myself or others at risk by keeping the trailer visible. It saved me from trying to fix the lights on my trailer during the night or having to come back the next day to figure out the problem. (Found the issue with the trailer light. Spiders spun webbing in the plug so it had no contact. All fixed now but thanks to the flashlight I was able to do it at home the next day and not waste the trip.) All I can say is this flashlight is great and will work for all your needs. It's value, quality and features far exceeds it's price. On another note I had a quick question about the flashlight and sent the seller a message. They replied quickly on the same day with all the details I needed. So final words great flashlight and great customer service. 5 stars customer service, flashlight and all its features.

Good product. Good uv light and red light.

LED flashlight, decent magnet on the back, USB-C rechargeable, replaceable 18650 battery, and waterproof. You can't go wrong with this for ~$18. And even if you don't need the black light on it, it's a lot of fun to use. The only complaint I would have is that the clip isn't the most secure thing in the world. If you are dependent on it being very secure on something that will be thrashed a fair bit, you might want to invest in a pouch or holder of some sort. WARNING: If you haven't used a black light in your home before, and are easily grossed out, don't make the same mistake I did use it in the bathroom. ESPECIALLY on and around your toilet. You will find out that you are not as good at cleaning as you thought you were, and that the black light works VERY well. TL;DR: Amazing deal for the product, even if clip isn't the most secure.

Black light wasn't as strong as I needed but a great flashlight---for 6 months. Started turning on and off when fully charged. Has happened twice. Just may not be dependable when you need it. UPDATE: Seller offered a full refund. Seems like good business.

These flashlights have been the best! We live out in the country and we have coyotes around and scorpions that come into the house and around the house. We’re always in and out for our pets and I’ve been stung, which is SO painful! There are so many light options. For something to small, the light beams out to a much wider area than the Maglite. This is smaller and easier to handle and is rechargeable. I don’t like using and throwing away batteries. The 2 issues I have with it is the black light isn’t strong enough unless I’m right over the object to detect anything and the charging port flap/cover is come off on its own after a while. We just leave it off and it’s no big deal but we don’t travel with it enough to get any dirt or grit in the charging port. Overall, this is a really good flashlight. We use it several times a night and the charged battery lasts quite a while before the next charge.
