Hilph Durable Ice Packs for Injuries with Strap 2 Packs, Hot Cold Therapy

This is a very good product, i pulled ligaments in my ankle and was told to do the ice treatment, i was using bags of frozen peas which was a waste, then was recommended to try these from my daughter in law . Very easy to use and get in the correct position, and the large Velcro straps holds it in place well , would work well on whatever part of your body that needs it , would throughly recommend

These are good for wrists, neurodiverse friendly. Good as a mental health diversion as they can be worn to distract. The cover prevents ice burns and allows comfort and the straps mean they can be worn and not have to be held. Highly recommended.

Takes more than a few hours to fully freeze and they do freeze nearly solid but they're still malleble enough straight from the freezer and quickly become fully moldable after a few minutes out.I'm a bit sensitive to the cold and felt like I was getting some ice burn directly from the packs so its worth putting some material between the pack and your skin.The only thing that would have made this better is if it had a strap on the shorter ends meaning you could run it long ways to stretch longer down a muscle or tendon.

I've had a few different types of ice packs over the years and these are the most useful. I keep them in the freezer (in the plastic sleeve provided) and just place them on wherever needs cooling, even straight on bare skin, tightening the straps (if using) as the pack warms and become more pliable. They don't warm up too quickly but once I've stopped feeling their effect I flip the pack over (optionally resecuring it with a twist in the strap) for some extra cooling time. They are a reasonsble size to use on arms, wrists, ankles, knees and shoulders - just adjust their position (or use both packs) if you need wider coverage. I've not used them for heat as yet.

These ice packs are great to use on arms and legs and far superior to putting ice blocks in a plastic bag and trying to hold it onto the required area.The straps are very study and I've had no issue with the quality of them.The neoprene outer material is also quite comfortable on skin and prevents discomfort while wearing.

Brought to use on my arthritic knees. The concept is good. But they despite keeping in freezer for hours they were still not very cold . Pretty useless product

Used for a while and discarded, couldnt cope with the velcro, but did the job anyways.
