How does this do with soy milk? Does it heat it and the milk taste good?

Tastes good with soy milk!  And yes it heats the milk since it needs to cook. I always add a spoon of brown sugar for sweetness. the milk is still a little grainy at the end so i usually filter it

Would the machine be able to process tiger nuts? If so, does the tiger nut need to be pre-socked before processing the milk or use it dried? Thanks!

I am not familiar with Tiger nuts but I have used Brazil nuts. I experimented a little and found pre soaking them helps it process faster and more thoroughly. Less residue to clean afterwards. I used the almond setting.

There is no residue.  It all gets ground up into the "milk".
