Best mustard, hands down. Incredibly spicy and amazing with fried food.

Great product that I have ordered before but this time it came covered in disgusting mustard residue that had been clearly there for weeks. This should never have been shipped. And refund process for food items is extremely difficult.

Spicy Tangy and Oh so yummy. This mustard hits all the right notes for me. I've used it on sandwiches, hamburgers, hotdogs, and use it to spice up sauces. Since I like spicy crab cakes I use this in my mix... excellent. It reminds me of a horseradish type flavor or heat. If its too spicy just mix it with some regular yellow mustard to adjust the heat to your liking. Only down side is that the lid is difficult for me to open, but it does loosen up with time, be sure you have someone strong on hand because I couldn't do it the first few attempts and had to wait for someone to help me. To remedy this, I don't push the lid all the way down just in case I'm alone and in need of a spicy mustard fix. I will order again because I really love this mustards flavor and heat.

We thought we liked spicy mustard, but this product is too much for us, though it has a great underlying flavor. We used it to make a vinagrette salad dressing and even diluted, we could not take the heat. So use with caution!

I've tried many "dark" or "spicy" mustards, but none of them had the combination of the kick and flavor of this one! I use it (sparingly) on everything!

Whew! Great product: a four-alarm cayenne type heat. Stir it into a cauldron of soup -- with a teaspoon. Scrape a micron thick layer on sandwiches, delicious. If you're buying this mustard with plans to reuse its attractive ceramic jar, be prepared to wait, or make provisions in your will to gift the jar to your descendants. Excellent mustard, like all the Pommery products. Love the restrained use of the adjective "Fireman's."

A very sharp Dijon; excellent. You will not easily find a comparison unless you doctor something or make it yourself. Good luck hitting these notes.

I am used to the standard Pommery, which is a grainy and pungent (but not overwhelming) mustard. The flavor is distinct. I assumed this was just going to be a spicier version of that. This is a smooth, hot mustard which just tastes like a standard mustard with some heat, NOT like Pommery with some heat. If anything this reminds me of a Chinese-American restaurant hot mustard. Totally different consistency and flavor profile. And I received my item covered in disgusting old leaking mustard just like several others, and Amazon wouldn't let me return the product. But that in and of itself isn't why this was one star, again, the product was nothing like I was expecting. Talk about disappointment.
