Love them but I wish I got 1/5 a size down cause they run bigger. They are warm and cosy, although they do not hold you to the ground on ice since I’ve been gliding a bit. I do love them but I recommend a good anti slip around them.

Ich habe mir die Stiefel gekauft, weil ich über Winter täglich 7 - 9 Stunden bei einem Skilift tätig war und dabei den ganzen Tag im Freien. Alle anderen Stiefel, die ich ausprobiert hatte, waren schlicht zu kalt. Die Caribou habe ich mir wegen dem Versprechen, bis -40 Grad Celsius noch warm zu halten. Der erste Eindruck nach dem Anprobieren war: Sie sind bequemer, als sie von außen wirken. Zum Glück hatte ich sie mir eine halbe Größe KLEINER bestellt, da sie sehr groß ausfallen. Normalerweise trage ich Größe 38. In 37,5 kann ich sehr dicke Socken problemlos tragen und habe immer noch (etwas zu viel) Luft. Größe 37 wäre wohl perfekt gewesen. Ich habe sie unter extremen Bedingungen getestet, denn ich musste die gesamte Arbeitszeit stehen und das bei Minustemperaturen von bis zu minus 18 Grad Celsius. Die Stiefel halten recht gut warm, sobald man sich bewegt, werden die Füße wieder schön warm. Aber selbst diese Stiefel können über Stunden hinweg nicht die Eiseskälte abhalten, auch in ihnen fangen die Zehen irgendwann (aber erst nach 3 - 4 Stunden!) an zu frieren. Obwohl sie recht klobig wirken, kann man sie auch zum Spazierengehen verwenden. Fazit: Tolle Stiefel, ihren Preis wert, halten sehr gut warm und sind überraschend bequem, aber fallen deutlich größer aus!

Took the boots on a ski trip to Winter Park, CO, and they held up nicely on a 2 hr sledding excursion and around town. Very warm. I wouldn't size down. I'm a definite 9.5 in US brands (40 eur) and these are true to size with a wool sock. They're a bit clunky but they're snow boots. What do you expect? I love them. Nice traction.

Lite tung och lite större i storleken än väntat (brukar ha skor i storleken 24-24,5 cm). Valde den större av de två vilket var på gränsen till för stort. Men sitter skönt om foten och snörningen gör att kängan ändå sitter bra. Inte provat i rejäl kyla än

Really good product and good quality. Holds well with water and snow. Really good leather and the rubber seems to hold well even in Nordic winter.
