It's just okay
I definitely noticed a difference maybe after two weeks of taking it! My mucus got so thick that I couldn't like...swallow properly. I feel like I can breathe a bit better (im a smoker), but idk, it's just okay.

Quality of Mullen is very important
This is good quality. I coughed up Hella mucus i was not expecting that usually with other brands of Mullen I donโt experience the effects until a couple weeks of usage but with is i felt it in a couple days from a heavy user of weed which im planning to quit, overall this product was effective and not hard to take
