Vodafone Pay As You Go £10 Sim

I ordered this despite negative reviews saying there's no credit on it. As it's from amazon, I know if i'm not happy with it I can return it free of charge, so, nothing ventured, nothing gained. I put the sim in my phone, installed the vodafone app, skipped the log in part and it came up saying I'd got £10 credit on a pay as you go1 tarrif. Scroll down to my offers and upgrade to a £10 bundle and there you go. 1 month of exactly what it says, for £1 instead of £10! Don't go to buy a bundle as that asks for your card details. Go to my offers and it takes your £10 credit as payment. What's not to love :-)

It’s just a blank Vodafone pay as you go sim with no data. A sticky label on the pack suggests you need to call Sim Depot (not Vodafone as you might have thought given how the Amazon listing is presented) to activate your credit. The 0800 number just goes straight to voicemail and the whatsapp option isn’t even on WhatsApp…so no option available to get any credit! Don’t waste your money. I ended up basically with a SIM card I could have got for free. The exact same deal turns out is available through Vodafone’s website. Buying direct from them now instead :(

Originally sent the wrong product but Amazon & Vodafone kindly fixed this error and we were very impressed by both Customer Service interactions and speed of response.

This is not a preloaded SIM card as advertised, there is no credit - contacted seller and was told it would be sorted and it wasn't despite chasing- just get a free sim and don't waste your money on this con
