They were expensive and stopped working after 3 weeks of use. I put about 5 of them on the bottom of a jar and they no longer light matches.

Hard to get “strike anywhere” matches. This solves it!
For outdoor life, modern wood matches are scrawny at best, and the striking surfaces don’t work if even slightly damp. I used this product to put little striking surfaces on the lids of all my waterproof match cases. Solves the problem.
