10/10, Love this
Let me start off by saying I did not intend to keep this for like, long term use. I just needed something tall to get my mattress off the ground and I didn’t care what shape that took as long as I didn’t have to see it. However, now that I’ve had this bed for almost a year, I honestly don’t think I’d get rid of it. I’ve realized I prefer beds that aren’t as tall but that’s a personal preference and nothing to do with the bed frame itself. That aside, it really is a great frame. It’ll give you height if that’s what you’re looking for, it doesn’t squeak (and neither my partner or I are tiny folks) so that’s incredible, it’s ridiculously sturdy, and most importantly in my opinion - it was super easy to put together by myself. It came with instructions that were easy to follow, and all the tools needed. I’ll honestly probably end up keeping this and just sticking a headboard on to it because it does in fact have holes so I could mount one to it. Overall a great purchase, though I would love it if it had slightly better supports to stop the mattress from sliding but you’ll likely get that with any bed frame

Great price and easy to assemble.
Easy to assemble. I did it with a small electric screwdriver. Fits great. Storage space underneath. Worth it. Highly recommend.

An Unexpectedly Suitable Choice - Yaheetech 18 Inch Metal Platform Bed Frame Twin XL
Upon purchasing and assembling two units of the Yaheetech 18 inch Metal Platform Bed Frame Twin XL, I found myself facing a unique blend of qualities. This product marries sturdy Chinese manufacturing with a distinctly American touch of over-engineering in its design, making for a compelling, if slightly perplexing, bed frame. Unboxing revealed signs of previous assembly attempts, suggesting these units were not exactly brand new, but rather refurbished, re-packaged, and sold as new. Despite this hiccup, the strength of the product cannot be denied. Thanks to the solid Chinese steel construction, durability is clearly one of its strong suits. The frame departs from the KISS principle (Keep It Simple, Stupid), which is commonly embraced by simpler, Chinese-engineered frames to reduce noise during normal wear and tear. This American, over-engineered frame, with its excess parts and screws, delivers robustness and redundancy on par with its simpler Chinese counterparts, and will hopefully endure the test of time. Perhaps the most pleasing aspect of these frames is their ample height off the ground, providing abundant under-bed storage space. The storage capacity is so substantial that it could accommodate whatever belongings of, dare I say, any unexpected ‘overnight guests’, even of the more restrained variety. This feature might seem unusual to some, but for me, it and the strong construction makes these frames surprisingly suitable for my… unique hosting needs. In conclusion, the Yaheetech 18 inch Metal Platform Bed Frame Twin XL, despite its complexity and refurbished nature, delivers a sturdy and reliable bed frame. Its robust Chinese steel and generous under-bed storage lend it a strength that outweighs its quirks, making it a choice worth considering, particularly for those with unconventional lodging requirements.

Very sturdy once built. Heavy frame, but not for beginners to put together.
This is a very sturdy imported steel bed frame with 18" of clearance for storage underneath. It took about an hour to build with a 5mm Hex bit and a light drill. I have built many Amazon metal items that require assembly. This is not easy; you need to follow the directions to the letter. They are relatively easy to understand but require attention to detail to do it correctly. The quality is good and I would buy again. Only cons are the hardware labelling is odd and the threads in the steel are mild meaning do not overtighten. I myself used a high strength thread locker on most of the bolts. This way nothing comes loose. With that said I triple checked my work because once the locker sets, they are not coming out. This would eliminate walking of the bolts from time and movement. I am a large man, and this was more than enough support for myself and partner. I would buy again and the price was good.

Great bedframe and box spring replacement.
I bought a smaller version of a all metal frame/foundation for myself years back and decided its time for my mother to get one too. I got this one so its higher up and is easier on her legs to get in and out of bed. Also her old frame was one of those fold up 2 piece frames with wheels, hers was bending and shifting the bed around. The frame was an absolute nightmare for us to put together, the instructions to not specify which way is IN or OUT or UP or DOWN it just shows "Part A connects to B" type of diagram. Ive had to take apart 2 pieces and swap them around because of this as it is built differently then mine which i ordered years prior. They give you a align wrench and a makeshift metal tube socket wrench with a pipe you insert into the center and use it to turn. Why do none of these products give you a hex-drill bit? I ended up ordering a 30 piece hex-bit set after this because it took us FOUR HOURS to put it together... The welds on the top and bottom covers for the legs only have 4 weld points in the center of each side. Making the welds break apart when your screwing in the bolts tightly. The threads do not have a point where the bolt reaches its fully tightened state so you can just keep twisting until it feels tight enough. 2 welds popped for me, but this isnt going to affect the use of it so its fine. The support beams/poles (8 of them, 4 on top 4 on bottom) do not screw in, they just set down into the anchor points. Even though the anchor points DO HAVE A HOLE for a screw or bolt, the instructions and poles do not have any screws, holes, or instructions to do so. So if you tried completing this frame and tilted it sideways to move all 8 of these poles would fall out. This frame cannot be bent, folded, or compactly stored in any way after assembly. The frame i bought is able to do all of this, the legs fold down, and the frame folds in half if we want to move it around. Seems to work good with foam mattresses. A 12 inch mattress was used with this.

Dont not buy defective product twice
I would give 0 stars do not buy this frame it came defective twice and the seller is hard to work with. Wrong screw hole backwords parts food wrappers in box so the replacement was a return a item should not come with food wrappers inside. Quality is no good

OBSESSED
guys im obsessed. im a 5’4 145lbs 19yr old girl and i built this by myself. it was so easy too, i did half of it while laying in bed and when i had to start putting the pieces together i moved my mattress that was on the floor and screwed all the pieces together. and then i threw my mattress on top and then i laid on it, i bounced around a little and shook it, and it was sturdy, i then crawled under it cause it’s soooooo tall. i’m gonna put my tiny dogs bed and toys under there, and also my bed is now as tall as my dresser. which idk if that means anything to you since you don’t know how tall my dresser is. but if you get this bed frame you’ll probably find out how tall my dresser is. anyway i like it i love the height 10/10 (main reason i chose this one), and the assembly was 9/10. and yea i think that’s it. its been almost year and it’s still standing strong:). still obsessed with it. absolutely no issues. been over a year and it’s started squeaking slightly, but not bad unless lots of movement lol.

Wobbly
Wobbly. Not to hard to put together. I couldn’t get it to be steady. Just a bit wobbly. Not comfortable. The metal seems lighter weight than other bed frames I’ve bought.

Decent for the price!
Decent frame for the price and it also depends on what you’re looking for. Needed a bed frame for a spare bedroom that wasn’t too big or expensive and flashy so I gave this a try. Easy to put together but lots of nuts bolt etc. took about an hour. As for the frame, it is sturdy and minimalistic, lots of room for storage underneath. Was a little bit taller than expected but I bought a skirt to cover it up. For the price, really good product and sturdy. A+

Metal bed frame
The side bars that should hold the mattress in are too short. The mattress slides all over the place. With that being said. The height of the frame is great. Especially for storing things

Great price and good quality
It is pretty good quality overall. Putting it together was a little challenging because the paper instructions weren't very helpful. I found watching the video in the product description was easier to follow. Took me just over an hour by myself. After completion the bed was higher then I thought it would be but that's okay. For the price and fast delivery it's well worth it.

Frame Broke After Only 3 Months
I quite liked the design for how it brings the bed to a nice height and allows for ample storage space beneath. But it fell apart after only 3 months of regular use. The brackets that the corner posts screw into easily slide out of the median posts at the top and bottom of the bed.
