How many quarts does each brick yield?

Each brick can expend up to: 9.5 quarts (9 Liters)

Is this product treated with Trichoderma? Looking to use for a terrarium but I don’t want it turning green and needing to be replaced every 3 days

It is great for terrariums. I have used this for my Sulcata for going in 2 yrs. The best substrate and no it does not turn green. I change my Torts coco coir every 3-4 months. I highly recommend it.

How much water do you add per brick?

I placed each brick separately in a 5 gallon bucket and initially added 2 quarts then added as needed so I didn't over saturate the material.

What is it's ec exactly?

Electroconductivty or EC is how salts in the media are measured. The higher the EC, the higher the salts. You want low salts for good plant growth.
