I’m a big fan of this company. I’ve been purchasing their products for many years. Cable performs as advertised. I have yet to have one of these go bad definitely recommend.

Works great with the TH3PAG3 eGPU. Bought a Framework laptop last year and decided I could put one of my old GTX 980 Ti's that I no longer use to work with an eGPU. At first I was a tad skeptical that a Thunderbolt 4 cable this long would work reliably with a bidirectional high bandwidth device like an eGPU, but I cannot discern any penalty for the cable being longer than the really short one the eGPU came with. The cable has a firm connection in each port and is plenty flexible and long. No complaints other than being a bit pricy, but I think this is a case of you get what you pay for. Hopefully the durability holds up.

I got the longest cable, which has a charging power of 100W (for shorter cables it's 240W). I am using it in my docking station at home. The cable I had before moved a tiny little bit, but often, and the monitor and keyboard got disconnected all the time until I adjusted the cable again. I haven't had the problem with the new cable. I have the laptop on a tray attached to an arm; I move the seen often to put there laptop when I want it, or out of the way. And still the cable never disconnects. I'm a very happy customer. I can't talk on the charging speed, this was not my concern, as my laptop is at home constantly charging.

This cable is pricey but delivers where others might not. Your equipment won't end up in flames and your data transfers will be as fast as your equipment allows, not limited by the cable. It's a generous length. The junctions with the plugs are reinforced and the plugs are high quality and secure. Highly recommended.

OWC Thunderbolt 4 Cable, Thunderbolt certified, 2.0 meter (6.56 ft.), 40 Gb/s data transfer, 100W power charging is too long for data delivery when used with MacBook Air late 2020 M1. I should have looked into the issue with the Model A2337 not being T4. No data at all via T3 or USB4 owing to the length. My fault, and my expense, on the no data due to length. I did not exchange it as it is still it is great as a power cable until a computer upgrade to T4 :-)

Thunderbolt is some pretty impressive tech. TB + Power Delivery is even moreso. I have a ThunderBolt 3 dock (CalDigit TS3 Plus), and a ThunderBolt 4 laptop (2011 MacBook Pro). With one cable I can power my laptop, drive a number of external displays (up to 4K) and connect to my most-used peripherals. The trick to all this is having a cable of sufficientl quality. A proper specced cable will be have the digital bandwidth and amperage delivery necessary. Do not bother with cheap Chinesium cables that cost 1/4 to 1/2 this OWC one. They will inevitably fail in some aspect. Also don't trust Thunderbolt cables that are much over 6 feet, they are out of spec. This cable did exactly what I wanted from the word go and has given me zero issues. $60ish may seem like a lot for a single computer cable, but remember this one is performing a number of tasks at once.

Ik zal duidelijk zijn. Ik zou willen dat ik deze gewoon meteen had gekocht. Had een hoop frustratie gescheeld. Andere kabels werken wel maar zijn onstabiel. Hebben soms wel beeld maar dan werkt USB apparatuur weer niet. Het regelmatig wegvallen van USB apparatuur of beeld was ik zat.

OWC a une longueur d'avance sur les autres marques pour le Thunderbolt, clairement. Le Thunderbolt, fonctionne comme prévu en passif grâce à ce cable, même sur 2m, ce que les autres marques ont des difficultés à proposer. Au-delà de 2m, il faut passer sur des cables actif.

Excellent cable, you pay what you get. One cable rules all. I have this to connect my iPad Pro to external display. It works like a charm. So you don’t have to spend double price on apple thunderbolt cable… lol..
