It worked for a week then broke

I was super confused while purchasing this because there was a couple of users who seemed to run into compatibility issues and complained a lot and at the same time a lot of users who seemed to be quite happy with the product. Well I am pleasantly surprised that everything worked flawlessly for me personally (I use steelseries arctis 3).
