Does it come come with tape to mount or you have to screw it to wall?

It only comes with screws that are intended to mount it to an existing gang box on the wall (#6-32 oval head, slotted screws). If you do not have an existing gang box, you can screw it to the wall using hollow wall anchors, drywall screws, or some other other similar hardware, but they are not included. If you wanted to use some double-sided tape to affix it to the wall then you could do that; it is not provided either.
