Does qeelink allow for any size customization? (short, female welder = shorter torso and t-rex arms; don't need a welding dress/glove repellent)

We have S - 4XL size. We found there are some femail welders and we want to protect them with our products. So we launched size S. I think you can try size S.

Has this company made any changes to the quality of the snaps?

I wouldn't know about part snaps or any changes(?). All I can say is the one I bought is very good quality overall including the snaps. The snaps were real tight ,but some silicone lub fixed that. Crawling on ground and bent over rails the snaps never come undone or tear out of leather. For the price don't like the snaps just replace them.

Do you make a size Small? I don't see it as an option.
