i want to know how stiff this product is especially tbe base of it - is it a soft fanric and what exactly is tbe density ? can you please be detailed

The separator is made of card board. So the strength and density is as firm and solid as cardboard. It is not industrial strength material. It is firm enough for domestic car use. Great for things like oils, waters, dust rags, shopping bags etc. But let me tell you if your vehicle is a hatchback this thing stinks for weeks. Like a chemical plant. Its the cardboard that stinks. Bad

Does this have velcro on the bottom to keep it from sliding around?

The version that I just got in 2023 has a small Velcro and small rubber pad under each of the three sections. I have not traded in a vehicle yet, but it seems it should be sufficient.

Does it hold grip on all weather mat?

No. Not without some prepping on your part. There is only velcro strips on the bottom intended to adhere to the backing of vehicle seats. I too have a Weathertech mat in my backbend and I just bought the sticky back velcro strips to stick on the mat itself to secure the caddy to then!

Where is the product made in? If it's China, I'll look elsewhere.

Confirmed: Tag says Made in China. Everything is made in China. My cellphone's battery: From Korea, but made in China. Good luck looking elsewhere. You will be wasting your time.
