Went through 2 of these. both would not work out of the box (required heavy adjustment of the moving head to get it unstuck). Sent inquiries to the company. no response.

Great piece equipment well made and splits effortlessly. Must have if you are fireplace nut like me that wants the right size wood

Splitter is advertised rated at 6.5 ton Actually only 6 ton , if I wanted a 6 ton I would have bought one. I wanted the extra capacity. Unit works fine . Just not what I ordered.

This splitter is a great value and very easy to use. So far I’ve split a full cord of wood without a single problem. Delivered quickly without any issues. Instructions are easy to follow. Only assembly was to put on the wheels. Totally worth the small investment.

Does a good job, but has hydraulic fluid release valve that locks up, but simple to fix. Just a pain when you're half through the job.

Bought this splitter instead of renting a gas splitter for the day. Definitely a good purchase, the splitter handled 99% of what I threw at it and made light work out of splitting a decent amount of logs. It's a great "homeowner" option if you have the occasional need and want the convenience of owning vs renting. The one thing I would change is the switch system so that you could use one hand to guide the log while the other activates the ram. The way it is set up is that you activate the motor by pushing a button with your right hand and you use your left hand to activate the ram.

Disgusted, should have returned it immediately as it was poorly packaged, POORLY PUT together, missing screws and other parts. It was purchased August 21, 2021. We did manage to get it assembled and it did work well for a year but hydraulic broke and parts unavailable. Don't waste your money and your time.
