I take SAM-E as a mood stabilizer. 2026 has been a rough start for me with various personal and family issues. SAM-E has helped me by keeping me on a steadier keel rather than larger ups and downs. The affect is mild, but noticeable. I've taken it in the past by other vendors and this version is as good as those.

Great for energy
My primary doctor wanted me to take Sam e for energy. Because I'm super tired all the time, so I tried it & I can already tell a difference just after a couple weeks taking it. So I just reordered my 2nd bottle.

Amazon customers should try this brand
I was beginning to despair that Amazon was keeping their SAM-e in some hot room because the brands I tried before this had an awful odor, which means they're not working and my neurosurgeon said clearly not to take it if it smells. Wonderfully, this is the first I found via Amazon that is odorless and comes in a high enough dosage. I am thrilled to report there's no taste, no weirdness, no artificial additives, no gluten or anything I prefer not to ingest. After having to trash several other brands, this one is a keeper!

I've been taking Sam-e for years and tried a lot of different brands and they can vary in their efficacy. This is a good brand. I can feel a difference mentally and physically when it works. I have more energy and mental clarity. Sam-e also helps to cleanse the liver, which is important, especially if you're detoxing, as I am (mold.)
